Meet the Bountiful Orthodontists
Dr. Joseph Feller
As a Utah native, Dr. Feller loves being able to work in the Bountiful community and giving patients broad, beautiful smiles. He believes in ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of care, which is why he’s committed to employing the latest technology and techniques to improve comfort and patient experience.
After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Feller went on to the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he excelled academically, graduating top of his class. He also earned his Master’s of Science in Oral Biology for research in molecular biology.
Dr. Feller pursued an orthodontic residency at Tufts University, where he gained extensive clinical and theoretical training while serving as class president. During his residency, he also passed the American Board of Orthodontics exam and received his orthodontic specialty certificate. Dedicated to advancing his expertise, Dr. Feller has pursued additional training in various orthodontic techniques and technologies, including Invisalign, TMJ dysfunction, and the Damon system.
He believes it is vital to remain aware of the finest orthodontic techniques, leading to his passion in pursuing continuing education. This commitment has taken him to numerous advanced seminars across the United States, where he continues to learn and stay at the forefront of the field.
Dr. Justin Heaps
Dr. Heaps fell in love with orthodontics after his own treatment experience growing up. After feeling the remarkable difference that treatment can have on a patient’s confidence and life, he now loves to contribute to the smile transformations of his patients. He uses a kind, personal touch and the latest technology to provide each of his patients with a great orthodontic experience and an amazing smile.
After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Heaps went on to the UCLA School of Dentistry, where he was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship for exceptional incoming students. During his time at UCLA, Dr. Heaps held leadership roles and was chosen to participate in the Dean’s Leadership Institute, reflecting his dedication to both his studies and the field of dentistry.
Following dental school, Dr. Heaps completed a residency in general dentistry at the University of Utah Hospital, gaining valuable experience across multiple dental specialties. This comprehensive training solidified his passion for orthodontics, leading him to an orthodontic residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Heaps earned his orthodontic specialty certificate in 2014 and passed the American Board of Orthodontics exam. After gaining so much experience in all aspects of dentistry, Dr. Heaps feels fortunate to focus on his true interest and passion, orthodontics.
Dr. Neal Webster
Dr. Webster graduated magna cum laude with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery from VCU/Medical College of Virginia in 1999, where he also received the A.D. Williams Student Summer Research Fellowship. Dr. Webster furthered his specialization at Columbia University, completing his Certificate in Orthodontics in 2001, and gained expertise in advanced orthodontic techniques, such as Ormco Spark clear aligners and TAD placements.
Dr. Webster is dedicated to community service and leadership. He maintains active memberships with the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Idaho State Orthodontic Society. He has held leadership positions, such as the presidency of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce and the Western Treasure Valley Dental Society.
Balancing his clinical expertise with a commitment to service: Dr. Webster is actively involved in his church, as well as the Boy Scouts. He volunteers at youth camps, supports local initiatives like YMCA fundraisers, and is dedicated to fostering positive change in his community. In his free time you can find him outdoors experiencing all Utah has to offer with wife Kelly, his children and grandchildren.
